Our New Home
We signed the lease and got the keys to our new place today! I immediately rushed over to give the place the once over. (why had we not seen it beforehand you ask? well my sister and her husband live in the same complex and we were told all units were identical…so we just went with what we saw at their place).

Came home today to find our dog had an upset stomach and pooped in the apartment. In more than one spot. Nice way to start off the weekend.
It just hit me today…like really hit me….the hubby is graduating next May. He was supposed to have graduated with me in May 2010, but he changed his major, lowered his course load, ect, ect…so this has been an indefinite countdown for about two years now. But FINALLY we are on the home stretch with an actual date to look forward to.

We are moving in less than a month. We woke up to a notice on Cyrus’s old car that it will be towed tomorrow. Granted it has been sitting there since November and it has a flat tire. But we are moving by the end of the month. Why now? It’s always something. Luckily, I think as long as we get the tire fixed they will leave it alone. But seriously, why now? Frustrated but not defeated.
